The pantomime will once again be adapted and directed by Alan Price. This will be the twelfth pantomime that Alan has directed for C.A.T.S. and the second time that he has adapted ‘Jack & the Beanstalk' for the society.

Many of the usual pantomime stalwarts will be onstage. Caroline Stokes will once again be playing the title role of ‘Jack' as she did in the 1999 production. Warren Leese will be in his normal role of comedian and this year, his sparring partner the Dame, will be played by Ian Wood. Ian is taking on a leading role for the first time His aptitude for comedy, will be a great asset to the production. Diane Atkinson and Rebekah Snow are playing Bo-Peep and the flirtatious Fi-Fi, respectively; whilst Heather Atkinson and Marjorie Stokes are teaming up once again as two villainous comics.

Daniel Ede puts on his baddie hat as ‘Fleshcreep' and Peter Langford plays Henry to Janice Bentley's Henrietta, as they portray the hilarious King & Queen. Rebecca Hilsden will be playing Princess Jill and Daisy the cow will also be making her stage debut.

As usual there will be colourful costumes and scenery, lots of fun and laughter and, of course, plenty of audience participation.
