By accessing and using the Cheadle Amateur Theatre and Stagecraft (CATS)
website in any way, including, without limitation: browsing the website; using
any information; using any content; using any services; downloading any
materials - you agree to and are bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you
do not accept these terms in full, please cease using this website immediately.
CATS reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and
it is recommended that you regularly review this page so you are always up to
date on how they affect you.

All site content is Copyright to CATS. CATS have made all reasonable attempts to
satisfy the requirements of copyright. Should any copyright issues arise, please
contact CATS immediately.
Use of Material
Material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted,
broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial
use. Use of material on this website for any other purpose is expressly prohibited
by law, and may result in severe legal penalties. By accepting the Terms and
Conditions, you agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any of the
material contained within this site or use it for any other purpose the aforementioned.
You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes - in a manner that does not
infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any
third party. Such restriction or inhibition includes, without limitation, conduct which is
unlawful, or which may cause distress or inconvenience to any person and the
transmission of obscene or offensive content or disruption of normal flow of dialogue
within this website.

design elements, look and feel, or layout of this website – these are the intellectual

through CATS website (hereafter known as “the website”) is accurate at the time of
inclusion. However, there may be inadvertent and occasional errors for which CATS
apologise.
CATS makes no representations or warranties about the information provided
through the website - including hyperlinks or any other items, used either directly or
indirectly, from the website. CATS reserves the right to make changes and
corrections at any time, without notice.
CATS accepts no liability for any inaccuracies or omissions within the website and
any decisions based on information contained therein are the sole responsibility of
the visitor. CATS accepts no liability for any direct, special, indirect or consequential
damages, or any other damages of whatsoever kind, resulting from whatever cause
through the use of any information obtained either directly or indirectly from the
website.
Availability
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the website, or the sites to which it
links. We accept no responsibility for any damages arising from the loss of use of
this information.
Event Ticket Shop (Online Tickets)
If you purchase tickets through our online ticket shop you are also agreeing to CATS
Terms and Conditions at the time of booking. These are set out below:
You will require access to a smartphone to show the tickets at the box office or a
printer to print the ticket vouchers;
If you are providing someone else's details you must have been given permission
to do so and also made them aware of how their details are being used and
where they can find the CATS Privacy Policy;
CATS may stop the sale of online tickets at any time;
Tickets are limited and may become unavailable due to our allocated online
tickets being sold out;
Your ticket must be available for inspection on arrival to the event. Editing the
ticket in any way may make your ticket invalid;
You must check every detail on your ticket as it is your responsibility to make
sure no mistakes have been made. If you notice a mistake please contact us as
soon as possible. we may not be able to correct mistakes after purchase;
When you select a "concession" ticket you may be asked for a proof of age
document by the box office team;
This ticket must not be copied;
We reserve the right to cancel any ticket we believe has been purchased illegally
via a robot or any other illegal activity;
If you require a refund it must be requested at least 48 hours before the event.
Refunds are completely at the discretion of the Management Committee and only
the ticket price will be refunded. The booking fee will not be refunded;
We will offer a full refund (excluding booking fee) in circumstances of force
majeure or if there is an unexpected major change to the event such as a change
of time or date of production;
A full refund (excluding booking fee) will be issued in the event of the production
being cancelled;
CATS reserve the right to cancel any event at any time;
CATS do not authorize you to resell your ticket. If we believe this has occurred
your ticket will be cancelled without being refunded;
All payments are taken in GBP;
CATS do not store or handle any debit or credit card details as these are handled
via a third-party ticket platform;
CATS will not pass on or distribute any email addresses, phone numbers or other
personal information to a third party;
The data you enter is stored with our online ticket provider. Their Privacy Policy
can be accessed here;
CATS reserve the right to remove any person from the venue;
Tickets are purchased directly from CATS. The third-party booking agent does
not manage the event in any way;
If there are any mistakes or issues with tickets you will contact CATS directly;
By purchasing ticket(s) online you are agreeing that you understand, and will
follow, all of the Terms and Conditions. If we believe that you have not followed
any of the aforementioned Terms and Conditions, CATS reserve to right to
cancel any ticket(s) without notice.
